Government of the Association

This active adult community is governed by an elected five-member Board of Directors. There are currently eight Committees advising and assisting the Board. The Managing Agent is Management Services Corporation of Charlottesville, VA.

While Phase One of the planned active adult community is now under homeowner control, the homeowners are eagerly awaiting further development on the remainder of the propertiy.
