Four Seasons at Charlottesville is a small rural community located in Greene County, Virginia, near Charlottesville. The residents are over 55, active, and most -but not all- are retired.

The neighborhood has about 120 distinctive single-family homes and quiet streets; development plans include up to 650 homes. The focal point of activities is the lovely Clubhouse that features a ballroom, exercise room, indoor pool, kitchens, billiards room, library, and meeting rooms.

Four Seasons is near Shenandoah National Park, Jefferson's Monticello, and Madison's Montpelier, as well as the history, culture, and art of Charlottesville's colonial heritage. Beautiful views are part of the local scene, too. We are surrounded by the lush greenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a part of the Appalachians that are believed to be among the oldest mountains in the world. Outdoor adventures are primary, but this area offers crafts and antiques, unique arts, and pottery. We understand why "Virginia is for Lovers."
